3. **Ad spend: $600+/month recommended minimum, paid directly to Google. Never through Poppy.**
The $500 Foundation Setup includes campaign structure, keyword research, conversion tracking, ad copy and one landing page. The client keeps everything and owns the account.
Flat Fee covers one platform with a 3-month minimum. Growth adds landing pages, GA4 tracking and bi-weekly check-ins.
**Agents must not present a management fee as an ad budget, or an ad budget as a management fee.** Industry articles about "Google Ads cost" usually mean media spend. Poppy's $350 and $1,000 are management fees paid to Poppy, and are separate from the money paid to Google.
